The Star Hotel Basque Dining

A unique dining experience worth repeating! This Basque restaurant is a longtime Elko landmark for good reason: family style dining, large portions, tasty food, and excellent Basque wine. The waitresses are warm and attentive and consistently give good service. Family style means your sides come in dishes for the whole table to share. The yummy cabbage soup and fresh baked Basque style bread are served with every meal. I have had an excellent (and large) porterhouse here, as well as my usual hamburgers. Really good fries. Alas there are no gluten-free buns or bread, but they will prepare some items gluten-free.
