It says dedicated fryer on the Atly app, but there is none in person. The allergens in the dishes are clearly labeled which is great for gluten intolerances. They have no dedicated gluten free space, and all appliances are shared. This restaurant is not safe for celiacs. The steak was amazing, and the only gluten free sauce is the chimichuri sauce. Both tasted great!
