Gluten Free Friendly but you wouldn’t know it! Love the scene. They definitely are bringing a cool vibe into AP! They have games you can play while you wait for your food which my 7 year old LOVED! And it makes for a wonderful family moment. My one suggestion for more business would be to add to the menu that any slider can be made into a corn shell taco (which would be a very traverse city vibe) . So many are gluten free or have allergy restrictions and will not call and immediately rule this place out. Not adding allergens is old school. I had the brisket slider on a corn tortilla omitting the onion crisps and it was absolutely delicious. They smoke their own meat and it shows. Their fries were delicious as well. Me and my family can’t wait to go back ♥️ The staff was very kind. Maybe could use a little more training to gain some confidence :)
