So, let’s start with the owners. Absolutely AWESOME PEOPLE. Great fun to chat with. Very keen on the craft of baking. Their passion is to create what people want so you’ll see a lot of superb niche items. Sugarless, keto, and gluten-free are not stumbling blocks like at other fine bakeries. Crystal is an amazing baker and cake artist. I’ve been a customer for years and I do not go anywhere else when I am in Pennsylvania since I spend a lot of time back and forth between Oregon and the York area.
