The Swordfish Co Budgewoi

The best gluten free battered fish and chips and gluten free burgers on the coast. The fish is perfectly fried, golden and crispy too. I’ve now been here twice and had the gluten free works hamburger - holy moly what a joy - 10/10!! My first hamburger in 25 years. Could eat it every day haha. Thanks Georgia for making my lunch so deliciously yummy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Seafood & Atmosphere at The Swordfish Co, Budgewoi! Had an incredible dining experience at The Swordfish Co in Budgewoi! From the moment we arrived, the relaxed waterfront setting made for the perfect atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The flathead fillets were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and some of the best I’ve had. The calamari was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the gluten-free options were a huge plus, with a separate fryer ensuring a safe and delicious meal. Pairing our meal with a cold drink while watching the sunset over the water made the experience even better. Great portion sizes, great service, and a great location – I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality seafood in a beautiful spot.

Coeliac review. Outdoor area great. Gf burger with the lot was horrible… firstly I pulled soggy bits off the bun when it arrived. The bun was cut with a thin top and fat dry base, the meat paddy was waaay too thick, barely any sauce either. I stopped eating it. Such a disappointment. Sorry guys but make a better effort for coeliacs.
