Had a truly top culinary experience yesterday! My girlfriend eats gluten free: very helpful and friendly staff. In addition, despite the enormous crowds, we were served quickly and very attentively! The food itself: I had the deluxe menu, very rich carpacchio where you don't get a huge mountain of lettuce and little cheese/meat, but the other way around plus a delicious truffle mayonnaise. As a main course, stake was medium rare, very tender and perfectly cooked. For dessert a cheesecake which was also delicious. Partner had prawns with a tasty (!!) gluten-free roll, main course salmon and a perfect creme brulee for dessert. Absolutely recommended! Hopefully the chef gets paid for his work😁.

Upon entering we were not welcomed in a friendly manner. Then an employee was completely criticized because he had not seen us. Not very nice to see as a customer. My friend ordered a Hamburg on a gluten-free bun and it tasted like plastic because it had been heated up in there. That is of course normal with gluten-free food, but it's a pity that it wasn't tasty. The sparerib I ordered with the mixed grill was dry and had no taste. As compensation, 2 drinks were taken off the bill, but all in all it was not a successful evening. Pity!
