Excellent service, good food, with gluten free options too....

Appaling experience. Went to order food at the bar to be told they weren't taking any orders for food, only to then be told 2 minutes later they has changed their mind. I wish they hadn't. Food took almost 1 hr to come, even though we were surrounded by people recieving their food even though they had ordered after us. Eventually the food came, very dry chicken and not and chunky chips rather than skinny fries. Had to go and collect cutlery before eating, no problem. Oh wait, there is no cutlery in the cutlery area. Let me just rip through this dry chicken with my bare hands. Eventually managed to source some cutlery and ate the meal. I must be a gluten for punishment as I then decided to order a desert thinking surely this can take no longer than 20 mins max. Wrong! 40 mins later I had to go and ask where it was.. what a coincidence it was just on its way seconds after I asked how long it would be. Sure enough it finally made an appearance, not the right desert but hey ho can't have it all can we. Had been sat in there 2.5 hrs altogether and was relieved to leave. Wont be coming back, wasn't even particularly busy.
