The Tamale Factory

I ordered the cheese tamale. Tasted like it was freshly made with good ingredients. It was a little lukewarm, which could’ve been because of the 2-3 minutes I waited for my partner; I like my food to be very hot generally. Loved the green salsa! I was able to discuss what was gluten free with the employee and found that the beans were a good side dish. I smashed the food before I could take a pic, but I’d say it was visually appealing. Also love the Mexican decor/ the art.
