I looked on line at the menu due to being Coeliac and was impressed with the options. On visiting the pub the menu must be a new one as it was completely different to what I saw online. My options were very limited. However, what I got was very nice and well cooked and my food was brought out separately to my husbands whilst wearing gloves which was impressive.
I was informed that the gf fryer wasn't working so anything fried would be cross contaminated. I asked if I could alter my choice I.e boiled potatoes instead of chips, which wasn't a problem.
I was asked if I would like to speak with the chef, but that wasn't necessary.
The star rating maybe a little harsh as it wasn't unpleasant. However, due to the choices I will not be visiting again for food.
