What a wonderful little pub! Tucked away just outside Exeter, this little gem has a fantastic range of food and a good atmosphere. As a celiac, I am somewhat nervous around eating out but the staff here wholeheartedly reassured/guided me and I ended up having a wonderful gluten free meal. I didn't manage to get our hostess' name but she was able to chat me through the whole process and made sure the kitchen was aware of my allergy. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out the front in the sunshine. I would 100% return again!

A proper pub. Really good selection of local booze. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous food with enough selection for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans. Definitely recommend if you love a proper country pub
