Very authentic place for Harry Potter fans to eat. Long queue. Not a great experience for coeliacs only roast chicken available but the staff did understand the importance of cross contamination etc. food was nice enough (fish and chips - not gluten free) and chicken with potato for coeliacs. Would recommend if you’re into HP.

Getting Food at the Three Broomsticks can take a bit of time as it's extremely popular. "The Great Feast" is a fantastic option if you have 4-6 people to share it with. The food is an excellent deal (compared to several other dining options in the park) and there are several gluten free options here. The Shepherd's Pie (both a regular and a vegan option) is gluten free, as is the Roast Chicken Platter, Spare Ribs Platter, and The Great Feast. My husband got the Banger's and Mash ($17), which he really enjoyed. I got the Spare Ribs Platter ($20) - which on a future visit we could probably split. It was a half rack of ribs, excellently seasoned potatoes, and a whole ear of corn. My cousin got the vegan shepherd's pie ($17) and was surprised to find it was quite "meaty" with a heavy amount of vegan meat (possibly crumbled "Beyond" meat). Her husband got the Fish and Chips ($19) which had an excellent batter and a great tartar sauce. They have a couple of exclusive beers available - my husband really enjoyed the Dragon Scale (amber) and I really enjoyed the canned "Bungbarrel Spiced Mead" (another great gluten free option). At the Hog's Head (also inside the same building) they also had a honey mead on tap, which tasted more traditional than the canned version available at the Three Broomsticks side and I enjoyed it greatly.

Absolutely LOVE THE FOOD. Great vegan options & very accommodating to any allergies. Here’s some tips as former employee: 1: when getting Cold or Frozen Butterbeer, DO NOT MIX THE TOPPING WITH THE DRINK. AND DON’T USE A STRAW. It’s meant to be sipped on from the cup so you get a butterbeer mustache like how Hermione gets one in Half Blood Prince! Pls don’t ask for extra topping bc you can get the employees fired if they give it to you. (There’s a measured amount they’re allowed to give). There are vegan options for Cold and Frozen now, but Hot Butterbeer is all dairy. 2: there’s no takeout boxes or bags! They only have aluminum foil, so be prepared to have an extra shopping bag if you know you’re gonna have leftovers (the portions are HUGE) 3rd tip: the Great Feast says it’s for 4 but it’s for 4 ADULTS but honestly can go up to 6. If you’re a family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) you’re better off getting kids meals, 1 rib plate and 1 chicken plate. 4: Sticky Toffee Pudding is AMAZING and ridiculously SWEET. It’s my fave but I can’t finish it in one sitting. 5: It’s a scratch kitchen! They’ve got the freshest corn you can imagine. Note that the butter has flour in it (for any gluten allergy) 6: The gravy in Bangers and Mash has fish sauce (for anyone allergic to fish) 7: vegan? Get the Asparagus Platter with Roasted Potatoes. It’s not listed on the menu but it’s basically just the Chicken Platter. 8: chicken tenders in the kids meal has dairy in the coating Enjoy the restaurant and the absolute magic! You’re gonna have a great time. And last thing- if you come on a busy day like a holiday, EXPECT to wait 1-2 hours AND DONT BLAME THE STAFF. They are incredibly hard working and only want to provide the best for you. Thank them for being there for your family when they could be home with theirs. Show some gratitude bc it will go a LONG way.
