The Tides Restaurant

I’m celiac and eat vegan. It was such a treat to see menu options for my preferred tastes that were more than a salad offering. Chef Linda Gonzalez had advised me about the offerings and the vegan lamb chops were a delight! Although the wait staff were particular about my gluten allergy, the chef on duty (not Gonzalez) didn’t substitute the pasta for gf option. Apologies from the owner were quick and sincere. Will definitely return for other gf, vegan options.
