Upon arrival myself and my partner were 25 minutes late to be taken to our table, despite booking in advance. The girl at the front desk was rude and rather sharp.
myself and my partner where sat at the table for quite sometime before being handed menus and had to ask on a few occasions if we could order something to drink.
I have celiac disease and usually never have any issues when it comes to feeling comfortable when dining in restaurants. however, the staff member waiting our table had to ask me what gluten was. an allergen menu was given to me some time later as the restaurant was severely understaffed and over booked. i had asked for help with understanding the menu and was told “i don’t know how this works to be honest” by the waitress. Really poor amount of options for food that’s Gluten Free. Wasn’t the greatest food either as the chicken was cold and quite tough and the chips were dry.
overall very disappointed.
