We always stop by The Toasted Pickle when we’re in nearby Rockford. They have a nice patio that overlooks the (river?) and on a Fall day, it’s the perfect spot. Our food is always hot and tastes freshly prepared. Amazing sandwich selection. I always order the Green Goddess with gluten-free bread and it’s flat out amazing. I also like the fact that you can easily add or subtract items to your liking. Oh, and their salads are also incredible!
