This has got to be the best breakfast / brunch spot for Celiacs! Dedicated fryer, GF ingredients, separate toaster for GF bread! I thought I’d died and gone to heaven! I chose the breakfast poutine (GF hollandaise, poached eggs, chopped peameal bacon, and cheese curds over home fries; huge portion!) Super impressed with the knowledge of our server, Sherri (sp?), from the minute I said I am celiac. Although the menu is not marked, she was able to tell me all of the items that were available to be made GF (most of the menu), and told me straight up about their prep practice in order to avoid/prevent cross-contamination. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend the Twisted Apron!
