Went for Valentine’s Day the day after receiving my celiac diagnosis and the waitress was extremely knowledgeable about what items contained gluten and what items could be made gluten free. She also offered to bring me apple slices with our cheese board to substitute the bread. She also confirmed with me that the kitchen staff was informed and ensured they took the proper measurements to reduce cross contamination.
