Every time I go here I’m disappointed to be honest. Recent change to the octopus on the menu is not great. The QR code system to order the food does not cater well for people with food allergies or sensitivities. Things that are deemed GF on the menu are not actually gluten free as they contain traces. After I’d ordered and paid for my food through the QR code system…and wrote a note asking if everything could be Coeliac safe I was delivered a dish that was gluten free but they told me I couldn’t eat it as it contains traces…. So why not come to me prior to making it and come up with an alternative rather then delivering it to the table …putting it in front of me and telling me I can’t have it???? So wrong. Don’t say something is gluten free when it’s not…. If you have a food allergy perhaps try and order through a human!
