First time eating here and I love it! Got the southwest turkey melt on gluten-free bun and my brother got the same with regular bread with sweet potato fries. Look, gluten-free free anything tends to fall short, but the bun was great. It held up, wasn't dry, and had a good flavor. It was clean and quiet and a portion of their sales goes towards funding the Dream Center. 10/10 def recommend!
