The Vapiano Cucina Italian

As a first time customer I will say this is a true "never judge a book by it's cover". When you walk in and see the restaurant from the front door, it looks like every other fastfood joint. However, once you come around the counter to the order area you'll be delighted to see a full tiny kitchen with chefs and pans and the whole kit. Everyone greeted me and every other guest as they came in. The food was fresh, tasty, well prepared, hot, delicious and a very good serving size. If you like Italian food and don't have lots of time or money then The Vapiano is the place you need to find yourself. I gave only four stars because the gluten free pasta was under cooked and the sauce on the dish ordered was runny. I don't want to say it was bad because the flavor was spot on and the other ingredients were amazing, just the two notes. Eat here, you will be full, satisfied, and wanting more

We’ve ordered from here several times and it’s always fantastic! My daughter and I are both gluten free and it’s tough to find good gf Italian but this is simply perfect. So glad this place is in Airdrie!
