A vegan cheeseburger with fries is only about $11, probably the cheapest, actually filling vegan meal you’ll find in a hundred miles! They do not skimp out on the portions like most food trucks do nowadays. Despite getting a late start and having difficulties with their generator they still got food out at a really amazing speed! I am in love with their food, their teamwork, and their dedication to helping people make healthier choices that are better for the earth. 💜 my only recommendation would be to offer gluten free buns or just one gluten free entree option to make the menu just that much more inclusive 🥰
