Celiac Approved. Our server asked if I had celiac based on the questions we were asking which is a huge green flag! He offered to have the kitchen bake the wings instead of grill them because when grilled they fry them first which creates cross contamination. I ordered a salad with steak and asked for salt/pepper only and I’m always surprised when the kitchen can handle super basic food, people have a tendency to do too much. Second time at the Vig and they were so good again. Huge compliment coming from a food fearful celiac. Thank you!
