Village Pancake Factory is amazing! They offer lots of gluten free, dairy free and egg free options that actually taste fantastic which is incredible! Standard diner fare and reliable gluten free options including omelettes, egg and potato scramble and gf pancakes. Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. I also really liked their cold brew coffee.

I really love the gluten free pancakes and waffles. The burgers are great with the gluten free burger buns…their French fries are cooked in a separate deep fryer which is rarely found in restaurants.
