This is the best place to get gluten-free fine dining food, that is safe for a Celiac, in Elkhart!

I have multiple food allergies (9 to be exact) all falling outside the top allergens. I emailed the restaurant ahead of time and was assured they could safely feed me and that the kitchen takes allergies very seriously.
We came for my birthday lunch and I had pizza made with pesto sause since I can't have tomatoes. It was really good.
Someone else dining with us can't have gluten and got the cauliflower crust pizza and it looked amazing amd crispy. She said it's was really delicious.
Only bummer was that there was no safe dessert. Which I'm used to. I was just hopeful that since they knew we were coming for my birthday and what my allergies were that there might be something safe.
