Ordered a gluten free/vegan waffle along with a normal one. My food turned up with nothing labelled so there was no way of knowing which waffle was which. The sauces werenât labelled so we couldnât tell which was vegan and there was only one tub of ice cream (supposed to be 2) again without any label as to know if it was vegan or not. By the time we contacted the restaurant multiple times to work out what was what the waffles were cold and with the main ingredients missing for the gluten free one.
I was told by the lady on the phone to request a refund through just eat but theyâve declined my refund. So Iâm ÂŁ20 without a waffle. Really disappointed.
