I have had a zillion breakfast 😋 experiences dining out over the past sixty plus years. I must rave about Chef Clancy.Not only were my scrambled eggs made masterfully medium soft as I prefer them, you can tell the chef is a real perfectionist. I have never had my eggs made with such care that my taste buds were dancing in my mouth, reveling in the mere taste and texture of every morsel. Kudos also to my server Bridget who was friendly professional, a breath of fresh, and a genuine pleasure to have been served by her. By the way, to any of your readers that may have any doubts about the authenticity of this review, I am a REAL person. Ok just returned for another spectacular breakfast; by the amazing chef Clancy.I guess I'm just a gluten for punishment, lol. This time I tried his oversized pancake made exactly as I like it, the edges well done and crispy..Bravo sir; just when I thought you couldn't do it, you just outdid yourself again. Lastly, I must say a few kind words about my very thoughtful server, Jasmine. She had the inate ability to read my mind, bringing things to me before I even thought about the need for them. Her ability to engage me in general conversation made for a very welcoming experience. I think you are very special & an asset to The Waterfront! Thank you Jasmine!
