The Wellesley Arms

Amazing!! We initially went to their sister pub, the Langley tap, but they were fully booked and said their were tables available at the Wellesley Arms. It did not disappoint! Extremely welcoming, incredibly polite and helpful staff. Good banter too 😊 Great knowledge about the difference between coeliac and gluten free intolerance. Awesome gluten free options for starters, mains and puddings. The staff couldn't do enough to make our visit any less than exceptional! Dog friendly too. If I'm ever visiting the area again I will definitely revisit. Exceptional food, service and atmosphere 👌

had a really lovely meal here. not loads of vegan/vegetarian options but loads of gluten free which was amazing. the vegan burger was quite nice, but the chips were really yummy. good selection of drinks, especially spirits, though unfortunately no cocktails. the real stand-out factor for me was the friendliness of the staff. they were very patient with us (especially as we stayed until close) and generous with their time and conversation. they were very attentive and kind, and service was prompt and spot-on. this was my first visit to the wellesley, but i will definitely come back, especially if they add more vegan options. thank you!
