I really enjoy their salads and some gluten free options. Unfortunately, when I went in recently and ordered a smoothie, salad and Nutella dream waffle, I was disappointed. The smoothie had little to no flavor and the person preparing my waffle handled it with her bare hands. They took it out of the toaster with their bare hands, put Nutella spread on with bare hands, then put a glove on one had to add the toppings but carried it to the disposable boat they serve the food in with one bare hand still touching it. When they slid my food over to me, they had Nutella on her fingers and it grossed me out. I asked for a refund on the waffle and am waiting for it to hit my account.. food is usually decent as well as the service. Hence the star rating.
