The Whole Hog

Hands down, the best, most flavourful hand crafted chicken I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The staff were so friendly and helpful and catered to my allergies, as they left the stuffing off and the gravy is already made gluten free; by far, the most delicious gravy I’ve tried and would love to have the recipe. My chicken box was garnished with caramelised onions, a rich apple sauce and crispy crackling, all of which made a slow cooked, succulent, tender yet crispy delicious fusion of flavour in my mouth (savoury with a perfect hint of sweetness). I will be thinking of this meal for a very long time, or at least until I can return to Lyme Regis.

Went here for some lunch yesterday, we had two hog baps and a gluten free hog box for my wife, it was all amazing! Especially awesome that you cater for gluten free! Delicious, definitely recommend. Thank you.
