The Windmill

This is a pub that specialises in food .. and it is pretty decent. It has to be, as it is tucked away off the beaten track..not likely to get many customers who just happen to be passing. It has an interesting menu, a mix of the expected but some great sandwiches that easily pass for a meal. Ihad a great pastrami one, and my eife a spectacular fish finger sandwich. A double treat for her as she us ceoliac, and they made it gluten-free! A decent selection of beer..well known brands and lesser known craft ale. Go you won't be disappointed. I have given it all four stars as I only do five for life changing meals!

Walked here with friends for a bite to eat and drinks. Pub was busy and had live entertainment. Good choice of gluten free food (for me) portions are plenty, food is excellent, everyone enjoyed. Look forward to the next time we visit. Booking is advisable.
