I contacted many venues regarding hiring out some space for a private function and the manager, Ewan, replied to me very promptly and he organised a time to get a tour of the venue and check out the function menu as we were catering for 100 guests. I just want to leave a positive review and the night went superbly and all guests enjoyed their night. The staff that were on Saturday night attending to the party guests at the bar and also with the food being passed around provided top quality service! It was brought to my attention that one of the people I had invited was gluten free and she had asked a staff member about gluten free food options and a little while later that same staff member had organised her a small selection of gluten free foods from the menu and I believe that was beyond great customer service! I hope to return to the venue in the near future!
