What a great experience! One of my daughters has Celiacs (severe intolerance/allergy to gluten) and the manager and chef went out of their way to create a special dish. She wanted to try the roasted pork belly, and they made it with a special mash and sauce with no gluten. OMG! Off the charts fantastic! Can't wait to go there again. 💕
