Great bbq. Really good ribs. Good gluten free gf / food allergy options - except they served the brisket on white bread. Burnt ends were good. Dry rub ribs were great. Smoked buffalo wings? Also great. Ribs were a bit dry and not wet (no fat), but they weren’t bad. Collards were spicy - very different and good. Honey slaw was good, not too sweet, not remarkable. M
Wife and daughter got sandwiches - chicken and pulled pork. They liked them.
