The best pancake house on the Grand Strand! As locals, we choose Theo's over all others for great food (gluten-free options is a plus for us!) and incredible service from the staff!

If you have Celiac (gluten allergy) *DO NOT GO HERE*!!!!
On the menu it says “GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES.” I asked my waitress who was very nice to make sure that the pancakes were cooked on a separate surface. The owners son came over to our table and told me that they can’t do that. I asked if they could be cooked on a separate pan or something. I was told that the kitchen is small and if we knew the cook that he can’t do that, especially on a Saturday or Sunday morning in July (tourist season.) I understand that, but my family and I were not happy. We walked out.
