Fodd and service were wonderful. The space is nice and bright. We like the ability to mix ingredients with the pastas. It's more confortable than feeling you've interfered with a designed item. We wish there was gluten-free bread and a g-f dessert like creme brulee.

Attended the soft launch. They were still working things out, but it was their first day. Service was excellent, food was delicious. Love the make-your-own pasta options. Also, grateful for the gluten free choices as well. Will go again!
