My husband and I visited Three22 for a lunch date, looking forward to a nice meal together. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, and he got a burger. When our food arrived, my pizza was noticeably undercooked. I asked our server if it could be put back in the oven for a bit longer. She brought over a “manager” named Abby, who took the pizza back to the kitchen. After some time, Abby returned to inform me they needed to remake the pizza since I’d already touched it. That was fine—I completely understood. However, when she brought the replacement pizza to our table, she immediately commented that the first pizza had been “perfectly fine,” saying, “we all” looked at it and it was cooked properly. I mentioned that I’d received an undercooked pizza here once before (about a year ago) but hadn’t had any issues since. Abby’s response turned shockingly unprofessional. She became visibly upset, rolled her eyes, and sharply stated, “It just wasn’t cooked to your liking, which is not my fault. Next time, order it well-done.” Her attitude made my husband and me feel incredibly uncomfortable. As we were asking for our check to wrap things up, Abby came back, raising her voice and accusing me of being rude to her and her staff—a completely baffling accusation, as I had remained polite and hadn’t even left my seat. When I requested to speak to the manager, Jacob, she became even more confrontational, positioning herself in a way that blocked my view of him and insisting, “No, you’re speaking to me. I’m just like him.” She continued talking over me, making it impossible to voice my concerns to Jacob even when he came to our table. The entire experience felt unnecessarily hostile, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Since then, I’ve heard from several others about similar negative experiences with Abby. It seems her behavior is a pattern, and unfortunately, nothing is being done to address it. We won’t be returning, and if you’d prefer a peaceful dining experience without the risk of encountering an unprofessional and volatile manager, I’d strongly recommend choosing another restaurant.

Not carful of cross contamination and treat Celiac disease as if it’s the same as a gluten free fad diet. Will not be coming back
