Very good gluten free food. The cooking staff is very knowledgeable and kind. There is always a desert, and there is often chicken tenders. For $7.50 it’s hard to beat the price with for gluten free food (especially when it’s all-you-can-eat).

Also:"Located within Owen Hall in River Trail Neighborhood, Thrive is Certified Free From™ the Big 8 allergens (egg, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat) plus gluten. A third-party auditor, reviews and approves all ingredients and recipes used within Thrive. Regular allergen testing is performed by Thrive team members and results are sent to the auditor monthly"
