Thuy's Noodle Shop

Thuy's has excellent food with a few gluten free options. The staff are responsive and quick and helpful The outdoor area is very nice

For delicious meal, check them out. On a Thursday night in Bisbee when so many restaurants are closed (this was across the street from Contessa's Mexican restaurant we walked to that was closed for the night) it was a perfect dinner on a cool evening. My wife is gluten intolerant and rice noodle pho was perfect, she had beef and I had the vegan. On the table was Hoi sin, chili sauce, and siracha sauce. Both were yummy and the spring rolls were delicious and large. Thuy's shop, like all places in Bisbee, is in an re-serviced old building, adding a funky vibe. The restaurant was half full, the patrons ( mostly locals) were all enjoying their dinners, the staff was very attentive and checked in with guests regularly. As we left more people pulled up.
