Thyme delivered on every level. I ordered the Land and Sea plate and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully plated.
The service was exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at ease navigating the menu gluten-free. It was so easy, which isn’t always the case when dining out in most places here in El Paso. I felt cared for, not like a burden.
Domingo, supporting the main waiter, was also very kind and supportive!
We’ll definitely be coming back. This place knows how to take care of their guests!
