I love Tini! The staff are wonderful, friendly and inviting. Viven is the best, she always remembers me. It's the best Vietnamese restaurant in the city! The food is so good and they are the best for gluten free as well. Make sure to go, you will love it!

We normally order weekly and most of the time the food has been good. Unfortunately tonight we were let down. We asked for less spicy and gluten free (ordered through their website) and once we showed up we were told that there is no gluten free option as there is cross contamination. They shouldn’t offer gluten free if they can’t provide that. In terms of the spice- they made it so much more spicy than usual. My broth has never been so spicy, ironically the one time we ask for less spice. We also found tripe in our grilled chicken soup. I feel as though the customer service and food quality has gradually gone down and unfortunately tonight was super disappointing. We won’t be ordering from here again.

I have been here quite a few times. The food has always been quite good. There are celiac safe gluten-free options. I especially like the gluten-free spring rolls. The service has not been as good lately as it once was. The food used to be very quick and came out together. Lately it has been a bit slower and dishes have not been coming out at the same time. The last time I was here was about 2 weeks ago with my wife. We both ordered an appy and a main. Her appy came out first, followed by her main, then my appy, and my main quite a while later. She was done eating by the time my main arrived, and I had long finished my appy. The staff are always pleasant and have been apologetic for the wait times when this happens, but it would be nicer if it didn’t happen!
