My daughter has celiac disease and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer here. She’s able to get delicious Mexican food without getting sick! We’ve been several times and everyone has enjoyed the food each time. Steph was our waitress today, and she did an exceptional job communicating with the kitchen about the gluten issue. She was very attentive to our needs and worked hard to give us another great experience at Tia Juanita’s!
