I have a gluten allergy and the staff at Tickleberry's were amazing. As soon as they heard of my allergy they explained that the supervisor would be getting my order and that she would go through the protocols of washing up before serving my order as well as finding an unopened tub of the ice cream of my choice they happily and patiently checked each ice cream to see if the ingredients were safe for me and then went and found a new tub to ensure no cross contamiation. I appreciate their knowledge and quick service and their smiles! Well done, I will be recommending to all I know.
