This cart is awesome. Something for everyone. I love that it is all gluten free. The blue corn tortillas are fresh and amazing. The mole sauce is very flavorful and delicious as well. Seems there are a limited number of vegan options but the dishes I have tried including the mole enchiladas, and veggie tacos all vegan were really good. I will keep coming back and tell my friends.

My most favorite place to eat! We travel a distance to eat their authentic Oaxaca style food. I was always into the tacos, but have really been showing some love to the quesadillas with asada, so tender. I like the pastor as well, tasty! I may add for those who need to know, this is an all gluten free establishment. They have been loyal through these shutdowns, show some love.
