I went to Ixim several times, the tortillas that Doña Tere makes are incredible, nixtamalized and with seasonal corn! My favorite dish by far is the Enmoladas and banana pancake. I love green juice! The chocolate special is incredible. I like that it has vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The staff is very friendly, Sandy explains where each dish comes from and makes the experience better. Super recommended.
