I've been enjoying Fallon's delicious baked goods for a couple years now. As someone who does not require gluten-free baked goods, I can highly recommend her cakes, cupcakes, and cookies as indistinguishably delicious compared to the gluten-filled counterparts. The texture of her cakes is perfect...moist, not dry, and not too dense. I can't taste that the flours are not wheat. Fallon's cake designs are thoughtful and design-forward; her work has class and is accessible to many different tastes. As for her flavor combinations, I believe she hears from heaven on those! I am especially fond of the yuzu fruit/vanilla combo and minty chocolate (one cake tasted like a Girl Scout thin mint cookie, WOW). Fallon is professional, thoughtful, and generous. If you need gluten-free desserts, she is top notch!
