I am pretty sure they use MSG. Lots of MSG. Gluten free friendly, but if you are allergic or sensitive to MSG, might want to look elsewhere.

I have a gluten allergy ( celiac ), and I had my first Szechuan chicken ever delivered on a whim for my birthday dinner. Of course, that is a crazy thing to do with my allergy, but I read the overwhelmingly positive reviews from others like me and decided to give it a try. I cannot explain to you how much this food just changed my life. Not only am I not sick, but my tastebuds have actually been enlightened. Obsessed is an understatement. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

This place is great, it's so hard to find gluten free Chinese food and they have everything so clearly marked with plenty of options. We will be coming back!
