Tikka & Grill, Nepali and Indian Food

Hello to all my gluten-free and Celiac friends, we tried this Nepali and Indian infusion restaurant. The servers were so nice and knowledgeable about gluten-free. I had the fried bakura. It was delicious. We also had lamb masala and rice. All the masalas are gluten free 🙂 of course! We I couldn't have the naan or the momos or even the noodles but always ask and make sure what can be gluten-free and vegan also. What I like about it is that on their menu it says that it can be made gluten free or not like the picture I took if you Go there. Just make sure to ask before you eat and enjoy

Most delicious Indian food in Denver!! Ok, so I’m not one to write reviews however, this spot deserves it. I came here for lunch in the middle of the week so it was a bit slow. Seems like a new, family-owned business which I always prefer to support (if the food is decent). The food here however is AMAZING. The menu is extensive, with gluten and vegan options galore. We started with chai tea, naan and mushroom Manchurian. The naan was soft yet crispy and the mushroom starter was flavorful and tasty. The chai tea was delicious. Our entrees did not disappoint either. Great service, reasonably priced. Try it and you won’t want to go anywhere else (sorry Lil Indian).
