Time-Out Americana Grill

I ordered dinner last night on the app to pick up. I have Celiac Disease (Cannot have wheat or cross contamination). I have eaten at Time Out many times in the last year because they have gluten free items on their menu. I went in and as always the bartenders are always friendly. I grabbed my food and left. Once i got to my house i opened the box that had wings in it and realized they were breaded. Every time I have ordered from there the Gluten Free wings are non-breaded so I called just to verify before I decided to eat any. They quickly went and looked on the box and sadly their distributor gave them the wrong wings that contained gluten. They apologized profusely and gave me a refund for my order. Amazing customer service as always.
