Timothy's The Restaurant

Timothy's is a hidden gem of fine dining, great wines and interesting cocktails. The chef is very creative, offering gluten free and vegan options among scintillating dishes. Tonight we had fried chicken (outstanding!), pork schnitzel with spaetzle, and pastrami-seasoned lamb with bananas Foster and peach crumble, with delicious cocktails ("Ella after Dark", which paired spectacularly with the bananas Foster) (cocktails with or without alcohol)

Stopped here for dinner with my daughter and we were very impressed! Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff. Service was impeccable. The food was amazing! As a celiac it can be stressful eating out while traveling but this restaurant made it so easy. They were very knowledgable and had many gluten free options. Even dessert was a delicious treat! Highly recommend!!
