Tin Whistle

This is a fantastic dive bar! their steak and cheese bomb is the BEST. Burgers are delicious, as is the pizza. The specials have not disappointed either. They are well known for their steak tips as well. Now that I am celiac, I can't enjoy most of the menu. There is not a dedicated fryer and the griddle is a source for cross contamination. That being said, I appreciated the steps the server took to discuss items with the kitchen and verify which items were safe. Lickily the steaktips were! I enjoyed them "whistle style" over rice pilaf. It was delicious and a generous portion, which my husband was happy to take for lunch the following day. The quality of the food is consistent, which I appreciate. There is also a nice patio out back,s o you can enjoy the food and the fine weather.

This is a great neighborhood pub! Staff is friendly. Food is good & reasonably priced. I'm gluten-free, so I ordered my burger without a bun. They didn't have GF options available. But will go back again
