Tiny Vegan

As a relative newcomer to Richmond, I’ve told friends for years that one of the big things missing is that I haven’t found a favorite sandwich here. All that changed today when I had the vegan Cuban sandwich at Tiny Vegan: literally a perfect sandwich, from the bread to the pickle to the sauce. My non-vegan companion loved it as much as I did. We went back for blackberry biscuits on the advice of a fellow diner, & oh my goodness, what a great choice: one of those times when you realize that gluten-free baking can sometimes outstrip traditional baking. A perfect balance of sweetness, a delicate crust, an interior so special that really any words about it should be private… …I’ll be back. Frequently. Thank you so much, Tiny Vegan.

The name completely explains the restaurant a small hole in the wall Spot that makes all vegan delights. No worries about Bill Gates burgers or impossible meals their vegan meat is made from scratch and is always fresh. They have biscuits that are simply delicious and to die for well whether you have a gluten allergy or not you will enjoy all forms of their biscuits

Though I’m not vegan or gluten free myself, the sausage egg and cheese was flavorful and impressive— especially the gluten free biscuit! Nice Afterglow cold brew as well. Overall recommend!
